Compared to traditional tone mapping that works uniformly on a single frame, the all-new Dynamic Tone Mapping Pro processes colors in as many as 5,000 areas within the frame. In this way the rendering of HDR contents will give you more intense colors respecting the smallest details.

We lighten the environmental impact
At LG we have a mission: to give you exceptional products with the least possible environmental impact. For this we have revised and optimized the production process of our new OLED TV. Built with composite materials and UL ECV certified recycled plastic, it is now 39% lighter. We have also obtained SGS certification, because the TV has a high recycling rate, does not contain substances such as cadmium and indium phosphide, and is highly energy efficient. In addition, it is Carbon Trust certified for the reduction of carbon emissions, from production to disposal and is packaged in a recyclable cardboard box.
