Direct Drive™ Inverter Motor guaranteed for 10 Years

Thanks to LG’s Inverter Direct Drive technology, the motor is connected directly to the drum. This ensures high performance with a simultaneous reduction of noise and vibrations. That’s why, in light of the extraordinary reliability, LG guarantees the motor for 10 years.

*In the first 2 years, the washing machine is covered by the conventional LG guarantee which is intended to be additional and not in lieu of any other right enjoyed by the final consumer. In addition, LG – from the third to the tenth year – offers a conventional warranty exclusively on the Direct Drive Inverter motor. The cost of any other spare part, the cost of labor and the cost of intervention are excluded. LG’s conventional warranty only covers purchases made by end consumers.

In the event of problems using your telephone, the washing machine will communicate its diagnosis directly to the Call Centre.
