• Grill function

This function activates the upper heating element which, through a radiation action, guarantees optimal browning or gratinating results for small quantities of meat and ribs.

• Convection cooking

his function activates the circular resistance and the fan which, combined together, ensure more uniform and rapid cooking of food. It also allows you to cook different foods at the same time on multiple levels, without odors and flavours mixing with each other.

• Ventilated grill

This function uses the grill and rear fan at the same time. Ideal for evenly browning firm cuts of meat or poultry.
