• Traditional cooking

Traditional cooking exploits the combined action of the lower and upper resistances. The heat spreads inside the cavity by natural convection. It is ideal for cooking medium or small thickness dishes and courses always on a single shelf.

• Double grill

This function uses the heat generated by the grill and the upper resistance. The combined action of convection and radiation allows you to brown large quantities of small-sized meat, or to toast and brown food at the end of cooking.

• Convection cooking

This function activates the circular resistance and the fan which, combined together, ensure more uniform and rapid cooking of food. It also allows you to cook different foods at the same time on multiple levels, without odors and flavours mixing with each other.
